Carolyn	Thank you so much for braving the freezing rain last night. I know that my parents most likely wouldn't have been able to go if you couldn't make it. I know they had a fantastic time and I just wanted to let you know we really appreciated your excellent services. It was definitely the best birthday present we could have given to my parents :)

Nicole	Thank you so much for providing Steve and the sedan to squire my daughter and me to my wedding last Saturday. I am happy to say that Steve is the consummate professional. Even though we encountered an unexpected backlog on Colonel By Drive (apparently everybody and his dog was out and about in the fine weather!!), Steve never lost his cool and, in fact, got us to our destination at the exact time we wanted, right to the minute. In short, it was all a big load off my mind, and thank you for helping make that happen!

I only really dealt with Steve as he was the one driving me and my family around, but I have to say that both him and the other driver were awesome. Ray	Used TIP Limousine Service....for a few reasons. I sent emails to a number of companies; TIP was the first to respond. Also was impressed by the reputation of the company's owner, Tom Toomey. While their rates are very competitive, I sensed that as president of the Ottawa-Carleton Limousine Association, we would be treated well. I was not disappointed. The impeccably dressed driver, Gerry, was at our place right on time. We picked up my mom who uses a walker. Again Gerry was wonderful, opening doors and making sure my mom was securely seated. The driver arrived at our scheduled pick up time right on time. As it turns out at today's wedding, the wedding party used another limo company and they had logistics galore, which held up the ceremonies by 45 minutes. Will refrain from naming that company out of respect. All in all, nothing but kudos for TIP Limousine service and will not hesitate to use them again should a need arise.
